Executive Admin

The Executive Admin will be a direct report to the CEO and partner with Medkoder leaders to anticipate and exceed the evolving needs of the company and to deliver the best Medkoder experience. The position will nurture relationships with clients, prospective clients, prospective talent and manage on-going internal relationships. This is a FT position working on-site in Mandeville, LA.  

Essential Functions:

  • Manage calendars of executive leadership.
  • Manage internal and external professional phone communications.
  • Prepare, edit and proof correspondence, presentations, policies and reports utilizing MS Office suite.
  • May be asked to attend staff meetings and take minutes for distribution to teams.
  • Assist in business partner relations and management.
  • Work closely with existing and potential client Staff Assistants to schedule meeting and coordinate communication.
  • Provide prompt follow-up to meeting requests and correspondence.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts to analyze the information provided on a prospective candidate’s application and conduct a personal interview.
  • Schedule interviews for the managers with prospective candidates according to mutual availability.
  • Post openings on a variety of online job boards, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of projects and assignments as necessary.


Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 
  • Minimum of 3 years professional full life cycle experience for various corporate business functions
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. The applicant must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image
  • Position requires strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, effective written and verbal communication skills, excellent decision making and problem solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and flexible; ability to work with minimal supervision
